Sysco - Baltimore

This expansion project consisted of a 13,000 SF dry expansion, an 11,000 SF cooler renovation, and a 16,000 SF freezer expansion. The cooler renovation is box-in-box construction with operating temperatures ranging between +28o F and +34o F. The freezer expansion is held at 0o F with a -10o F ice cream room. Glycol floor warming has been installed under the freezer and ice cream rooms. Also included as part of the project is a micro-bio retention pond which can process over 1,500 CF of storm water runoff.
